Webinar: What Do Families Really Need? Insights from Community Work with Autism Families

This webinar will take place on May 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern time.

Many autism-related studies aim to understand families, yet families often wonder what changes as a result. In this webinar, Dr. Hui Zhang shares a community-informed approach to connecting research with meaningful support.

Drawing on her work with autism families and local community initiatives, she explores how listening to families’ lived experiences and voices can shape more responsive, practical, and sustainable programs. This session offers a new way to think about research: not as a one-time activity, but as part of an ongoing process that builds real support for local families and communities.
